Weekly Gold forecast
Comex gold price remained flat despite good volumes . Gold made low near 1318$ but made high near 1340$ . It finally gave a close around 1322$ which leaves a confusion situation . This week we have a good support on xauusd chart at 1298$ , if traders take this base out and manage to close below our support . Then expect more pressure in gold price upto 1270$ – 1250$ .
A good resistance on xauusd chart stands at 1345$ , if traders take this hurdle out and manage to close above our resistance , then expect good firepower in gold price upto 1370$ – 1399$ this week .
Gold forecast conclusion : This week gold trend is flat to positive , keep an eye on daily levels .
Silver support at 16.20$ , resistance 17.05$ . Trend flat to positive .
Dow Jones forecast
Dow Jones recovered smartly from lows near 24000 and gave an outstanding close above 25200 . A good base on wall street index stands at 24800 , if traders take this base out and manage to close below our support . Then expect more pressure in DJIA upto 24500 – 24200 .
A good hurdle on wall street index stands at 25550 , if traders take this hurdle out and manage to close above our resistance , then expect good firepower in Dow Jones upto 25800 – 26000 .
Dow Jones forecast conclusion : Wall Street trend is positive .
